Ronny is an experienced investment consultant, portfolio manager, equity analyst and private equity analyst. With over twenty years’ of experience, he has managed investments across various African countries.
He has a keen interest in risk management, development finance, derivative structuring, disruptive technology, education and policy development. Ronny is a founder and the managing principal of Mila Risk Management Solutions, as well as a director at UBank, where he chairs the Capital Management and Risk committee of the bank.

Mmathabo is a founder and principal of Mila Risk Management Solutions. Her career in investment began in 2005 as an investment consultant. Her work in investments has been across the full spectrum of services, spanning 20 years. In particular, her focus has been on understanding client needs, developing and working with the clients to implement their solutions.

Mo is a founder and principal of Mila Risk Management Solutions. He worked for a number of years in the UK as an investment consultant before coming back to Africa. He specialises in investment strategy and risk management, including liability-driven investment solutions, typically using derivative structures. Mo is a qualified Investment Actuary and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry.
